hmm.. disagree... The majestic yet sarcastic,confident Ramanathan with a witty smile in his face all the while is beautifully portrayed by Rajini and I dont think anybody else would have brough out the expressions as good as Rajini in that movie..

I agree those qualities there, but athukku mEla remba K.B theriyuthu, Hamid, that's why. The other films he had more freedom, hence a more original performance.

Grouch.. agree on that.. it is more KB-ish... I didnt deny that. my only problem in your statement is that that any other decent actor could have given that performance.. stringly deny that..nobody could have matched Rajini's charisma there is my point..thassal yuvar aanar :D

Ah, okay. Well, I could be wrong. In terms of preference, not my fav. Even in KB's spectrum, he was far more fetching in Mundru Mudichu.

AvargaL is certainly in his top 5. KBish or not, its *that* good.

Been watching Garjjanai in parts. First time. Sumaaraa OK-vaa irukku. Wonder why it flopped so bad.
