'கோச்சடையான்' ட்ரெய்லரை யூ டியூப்பில் லட்சக்கணக்கான மக்கள் பார்த்ததால் பூரித்துப் போயிருக்கிறார் சௌந்தர்யா.

'அப்பா படத்துக்கு நல்ல ரெஸ்பான்ஸ் இருக்கு. தீபாவளிக்குப் படத்தை ரிலீஸ் செய்யலாம்' என்று சௌந்தர்யா சொல்ல, ரஜினி தாடையைத் தடவியபடி சின்னக்கண்களால் மோட்டுவளையை மேய்ந்தாராம்.

'தீபாவளிக்கு வேணாம் பேசாம பொங்கலுக்குப் போயிடலாம்' என்று மகளிடம் சொல்லி விட்டாராம்

கமல், ரஜினி ஆகிய இரண்டு மாபெரும் நடிகர்களையும் திரையுலகிற்கு அறிமுகம் செய்தவர் கே.பாலசந்தர். அந்த வகையில் அவர்கள் இருவரையும் இணைத்து பல படங்களை அவர் இயக்கியுள்ளார். அப்படி இயக்கிய படங்களில் ஒன்றாக நினைத்தாலே இனிக்கும் படம் தற்போது டிஜிட்டல் தொழில்நுட்பத்துக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டு மீண்டும் திரைக்கு வருகிறது. கமல் கதாநாயகனாகவும், ரஜினி இன்னொரு ஹீரோ கம் காமெடியனாகவும் நடித்துள்ள இந்த படத்தில் ஜெயப்பிரதா கதாநாயகியாக நடித்துள்ளார். எம்.எஸ்.விஸ்வநாதன் இசையில் கவியரசு கண்ணதாசன் பாடல்கள் எழுதியிருக்கிறார்.

இப்படத்தின் ட்ரெய்லர் வெளியீட்டு விழாவில், கமல் தன்னை விட பெரிய இயக்குனர் என்று பேசினார் கே.பாலசந்தர். ஆனால், அதற்கு பதிலளிக்கும் விதமாக கமல் பேசினார். அப்போது, சினிமா உலகிற்கு நான் வந்ததே டைரக்டராக வேண்டும் என்றுதான். அந்த ஆசையில்தான் பாலசந்தர் சாரின் படங்களில் நடித்தாலும், உதவி இயக்குனராகவும் ஓடி ஓடி வேலை செய்திருக்கிறேன். ஆனால், எனக்குள் இருந்த இயக்குனர் ஆசையை அவரிடம் வெளிப்படுத்தியபோது, திட்டினார். இது உனக்கும் வேண்டாம். பெரிதாக சம்பாதிக்க முடியாது. உன்னிடம் பெரிய நடிகனாவதற்கான எல்லா தகுதியும் உள்ளது என்று அட்வைஸ் செய்தார்.

அதனால்தான் டைரக்டர் ஆசையை எனக்குள்ளேயே வைத்து விட்டு மீண்டும் நடித்தேன். அவர் சொன்னது போலவே நான் பெரிய நடிகனாகி விட்டேன். ஆக, கே.பி சாரின் கணிப்பும், ஆசீர்வாதமும் என்னை வாழ வைத்தது. மேலும், அவர் என்னை பெரிய இயக்குனர் என்கிறார். அதைதான் என்னால் ஏற்க முடியவில்லை. காரணம், நான் இன்றைக்கு படம் இயக்குகிறேன் என்றால், அவை அனைத்தும் அவரிடம் நான் கற்றதுதான். அவரிடத்தில் பயின்றதை இன்றைய டெக்னாலஜியுடன் சேர்த்து பிரமாண்டமாக கொடுக்கிறேன் அவ்வளவுதான். அதனால் அவரை விட என்னை பெரிய இயக்குனர் என்று சொல்வதை என்னால் ஒருபோதும் ஏற்க முடியாது என்றார் கமல்.

மேலும், என்னை வைத்து கே.பி சார் பல படங்களை இயக்கியிருக்கிறார். 6 ஆண்டுகளில் கண்ணை மூடி முழிப்பதற்குள் அவரது இயக்கத்தில் 34 படங்களில் நடித்தேன். இதை நான் ரொம்ப பெருமையாக கருதுகிறேன். ஆனால், அப்படி அவரது படத்தில் நடித்த எனக்கு இப்போது, என் இயக்கத்தில் அவரை நடிக்க வைக்க வேண்டும் என்ற ஆசையும் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது. அப்படி அவர் நடிக்கும்போது அவருடன் இணைந்து நானும் நடிக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் ஆசைப்படுகிறேன்.

ஏனென்றால் அவர் ஒரு நல்ல நடிகன். அத்தனை அற்புதமாக நடிப்பு சொல்லித்தரக்கூடியவர். அதனால் அவரை ஒரு நடிகனாக நான் இயக்க வேண்டிய தருணம் வரப்போகிறது. அதற்காக விரைவில் அவரிடம் அனுமதியும் பெறுவேன் என்று தனது ஆவலையும் அதே மேடையில் கே.பி முன்பு வெளிப்படுத்தினார் கமல்.

நானும், ரஜினியும் பிரிய முடிவு

ரஜினி பற்றி பேசும்போது, ரஜினிகாந்த் சார்பில் நான் இங்கு வந்து இருக்கிறேன். அவர் இந்த விழாவுக்கு வர இயலவில்லை. நான் வரவில்லை என்றால் என் சார்பில் அவர் வருவார். எங்கள் இருவருக்கும் இடையே அந்த அளவுக்கு நெருங்கிய நட்பு இருந்து வருகிறது. 34 வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பு இந்த படத்தில் நடித்தபோதுதான் நாங்கள் இருவரும் இனிமேல் இணைந்து நடிப்பதில்லை என்ற முடிவுக்கு வந்தோம். இனிமேல் நாம் இருவரும் ஒரே சம்பளத்தை பங்கு போட்டுக் கொள்ள வேண்டாம். தனித்தனியாக படங்களில் நடிக்கலாம் என்று நான் சொன்னேன். அதை ரஜினியும் ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார். நாங்கள் தனித்தனியாக பிரிந்து நடித்ததால் இந்தளவு வளர்ந்திருக்கிறோம், ஒருவேளை நாங்கள் சேர்ந்து நடித்தால் இப்போது இருவரும் ஆட்டோவில் தான் வந்திருப்போம் என்றார்.

Surya's star power also helped for the grand success inspite of the mixed reviews... ”
