[tscii]Here is her another sandwich recipe.
CAPSICUM SANDWICH
Ingredients:
1 onion chopped fine
½ capsicum chopped
1 fresh red chilly chopped
Little pepper powder
Salt
Few cucumber slices
Few tomato slices
Few slices of chedder cheese
Slices of bread
Little oil
Method:
Heat a pan, add ½ a tsp of oil.
Sauté the onions, red chilly and capsicum on high heat,
for a minute, add the pepper powder, salt and remove.
Heat a dosai kal, drizzle very little oil.
Toast one side of the bread slice, remove and place a slice of cheese
on the untoasted side.
Toast another slice of the bread in the same manner.
Put a tbs of the sautéed veges on the untoasted side.
Add the sliced cucumber and tomatoes.
Now place the bread with the cheese on top of the bread with veges.
Cut diagonally and serve.
If serving for small children, put it in a sandwich maker
for a minute, then serve.

Well Ponggal is around the corner.
Friends what are your menus?
Again no Ponggal celebrations for us.
I will be cooking the paal ponggal, sakarai ponggal,
and the ponggal kulambu on the 13th to disturbute
to the people. Thats my in-laws thithi natchathiram day.
Next month I will cook the rasam saatham for them.
So please roll out your menus, so that we all can share.
We can also cook some of the items cooked that are
cooked in your homes.

K, glad u liked the rasam saadham... U can store the rasam gojju in the fridge for a few days... I even tried making instant rasam using the gojju & it did turn out yummy...:)
