I was just thinking about Nandala songs and thought why not these be used for situations/moods in Taare Zamin Par. May be - Vaandu koottame for the boy's intro, Mella oorndhu as a fantasy song for his creativeness, Thalattu ketka for his agonies in hostel & so on. Any interesting observations here?

She gives just 2 stars. She gave 3 stars for naan-kadavul. I haven't seen one rediff review praising IR's album. Typical north indian bias. So just ignore it.

Fliflo, lets not be divisive in things we do or things we like or things about which we have opinions. it is because one feels a 'bias' about the opposite person that the opposite person too begins to feel the bias. and it multiplies.

Nobody originally had any bias, be it north or south. it is all mis-perception that led to the actual formation of bias. it is high time we look beyond such walls or if possible, break them, instead of adding more.

Sorry if i sounded preachy, but lets not have divisive opinions atleast in/about music.

What you are saying makes total sense. My comment was an outburst of not seeing even a single IR's movie getting 4 stars in rediff in past 10 years. Not fair at all. Please read some comments of the rediff readers below the review article. I am not defending though. At least, Pavithra's review is tolearble against Shobha Warrier's.
