What is the show timing. I will be reaching Chennai by shatabdi around 11 A.M. and return back on the same day night train. If time permits, i will try to see PP movie. Kindly let me know the route and bus from Chennai Central. If go by Auto how much charge.

How far from Egmore or chetpet. I think chetpet is near to this theatre. Kindly provide information.

Aminjikarai Lakshmi Theatre is located on the same E.V.R. High Road opp. Central Station. May be around 6 kms. from Central. You say you'd be reaching around 11.00 a.m. You can leisurely finish your lunch at Central itself. There is also the PICNIC hotel just 500 mtrs. from Central on the same road towards south which has lodging facility. The show timing must be around 2.30 p.m. for the matinee show app. and might come to end around 5.50 p.m. or 6.00 p.m. You could have ample time to reurn and catch the night train.

This suggestion is based on the assumption that you have no other commitments.

And if you want to travel from Egmore or Chetput to the theatre, you can catch Route 27B (plying from Anna Square to C.M.B.T.) which covers both Egmore and Chetput.

If you would like to come by auto from Egmore it might be around 4 kms. and if Chetput around 3 kms. Auto fare depends.

It is our duty to do this as a NT fan. We should avoid our children to see latest films with violent, sex & vulgorism. If we trained them to see our NT film like Bharatha Vilas, Thiruvilayadal, Kappalottiya Thamizhan, Veerapandiya Kattabomman, Sivanthaman, Thangapathakkam, Paasamalar, Padikkatha Methai etc, etc, our children will grown up with Nationalism & good family sentiments.

This will help them for their future life also.
