Try out the onion pakoda Dev, very simple and tasty.
Dev, my now worry is about Aarthii.
She is not the type to keep away from the forum.
At least she will mail me her reasons.
I know her from the time she was staying in Japan.
Let us all pray that she is well and good with her family.
Thanks. Kugan
Well friends I was a bit busy cooking things for my niece,
who had the "manjal neeratu Villa " in her house for her daughter.
Well, I cooked, rava biryani
Urad dal kali, onion pakoda and seeni vadai.
Since my maid, made the batter for seeni vadai a bit watery,
I had to fry them into balls.
I will redo the seeni vadai and post the picture.
I will post the recipe for the above , if any one is interested.
I also made, puttu, methu vadai, urad dal kangi and kesari.
I have posted the recipes for all these in our forum, before.
Thanks, Kugan

Thanks Dev, for your nice post.
Dev, you can use the bajii flour.
Add little more rice flour, and all the other ingredients.
If the smell of asafoetida is not enough, add little more.
Try and let me know.
Thanks. Kugan
