1st of all All the Tamil People did appriciate arr from his first movie Roja and (still appriciating). If not Roja would'nt ve been a huge hit. When did hindi people bought Tamil casset and hum it in TAMIL? Arr already gave the songs in hindi lyrics. And now its hindi songs. not tamil. so why do they hum in Tamil? Even minsara kanavu songs are considered as hindi songs by hindi speaking people.
Doesnt matter about the quality ARR gives to hindi music. We just expect quality songs in Tamil. Support Tamil mds who gives u quality songs in Tamil. Doesnt matter whether they can compete with ARR's hindi songs or not. If not you will only keep humming Hindi songs for the rest of ur life.

BTW he says he started buying tamil songs since "may madham"...
and moreover... after getting to know that the NI are all interested in ARRs tamil tunes, they have started dubbing them in hindi... and he started got direct hindi offers... maybe now the hindi guys have their own arr albums to listen to....
u know, may madham and a few albums were dubbed in hindi after almost 5 yrs of its release in tamil...
