Horse riding was a favourite hobby of NT besides hunting. One can see the extraordinary speed riding of a horse by NT in Uththamapuththiran and Marudhanaattu veeran without a stunt double. Climbing the horse and getting down the horse...NT shows his training skills. Another top hero who could do fast horse riding equal to NT was Gemini Ganesh (Then Nilavu, Shanthi Nilayam..)We have seen some other 'stunt' heroes who mostly use their body doubles or just walking alongside the horse rather than getting onto the horse!!
