The water and Epsom salt can be mixed before hand. Mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt into 3 cups of distilled water and place in the refrigerator to chill before beginning the cleanse. Wake at 6 a.m. and drink ¾ cup of the Epsom salt/water mixture.
At 8 a.m. drink another 3/4 cup of the Epsom salt/water mixture.
After 10 a.m., you can have some fresh juice. After about 30 minutes, eat some fresh fruit. Later you can introduce light foods back into your diet. Refrain from eating meat or fried foods.
Other Instructions
Epsom salt is a strong laxative so you will probably have diarrhea-like symptoms. It is important to replenish any lost fluids with distilled water for the duration of the cleanse.
Begin the milk thistle directly after the cleanse. Start with 200 mg and increase through the week until you are taking 600 mg. Continue at this dosage until the bottle is empty.
A colonic or enema may be beneficial after the cleanse to wash away any remaining toxic material.
