போன மாதம் எனக்கு லண்டனில் ரெக்கார்டிங் இருந்தது. ஒரு நாலுபேர் பாடுவதற்கு வந்திருந்தனர். அவர்கள் காலையிலேயே வந்துவிட்டனர். அவர்கள் மொத்தம் பாடவேண்டியிருந்த பகுதி ஒரு எட்டு Bar மட்டுமே. அதைப் பாடுவதற்கு அவர்கள் காலையில் இருந்து பயிற்சி எடுத்து எடுத்து, கடைசியில் மைக் முன்னால் வந்து நின்றதும் நான் எழுதியிருந்ததைப் போல அவர்களால் பாட முடியாமல் போயிற்று. அதன்பின்பு நான் அவர்களை அனுப்பச் சொல்லிவிட்டு அந்த நாலு குரல்களையும் நானே நான்கு Track’களில் பாடிமுடித்துவிட்டு ஐந்து நிமிடங்களில் வெளியே வந்துவிட்டேன். அங்கே எனக்கு 3 Assistants இருந்தனர். அவர்கள் மூவரும் Composers. அவர்களுள் ஒரு பெண்மணி Broadway Music’ல் Compose செய்பவர். நான் பாடி முடித்து வெளியே வந்து பார்த்தால், அந்தப் பெண்மணி உட்கார்ந்து அழுதுகொண்டிருந்தாள். முகமெல்லாம் சிவந்திருந்தது. “You made it very simple. Music is that much simple. They made it complicated. They wasted the whole day just for 8 Bars’ என்று அழுதுகொண்டே கூறினாள்.

Btw, note one thing. After Raja started working in that NEPV, he attended HowToNameIt Live, Attended his b'day party, this book release. Mostly he doesn't speak about NEPV at all. recently I found one album called Manadhil oru pattu. as per my memory IR did not compose such a movie and when listening also very evident that its non IR and most of the websites are mentioning this as composed by IR. any clue on this movie. (this movie was released along with "captain magal" album but do not mentioned the music director for either captain magal (hamsalekha) or this movie. any clue?
