With reference to the above underlined statement...it is not only MT devotees...infact, all DEVOTEES are like that only sir.. That is why they are called DEVOTEES. :-)

Since I am from kerala too ( presume Sailesh name is seen widespread in kerala, if am right) I dont think PremNazir was EVER known as Kerala MGR...His films are not inline with Makkal Thilagam at all....I have seen atleast 300 plus films of Mr.Nazir....He had more a "chocolate boy" image like our Madhavan.

Because of the success of his films he was being called "kerala Vathiyar" that means "Kerala MGR". It is not necessary that the story line should be the same. Yes, comparison should never be the case, we should never encourage such behaviour.

I recall One scene in Andha 7 Natkal, where he will say for this song engal [Kerala] Vathyar with sheela night effect.... something like that.
