I fully agree with you Roshan. My new roommate recommended this program strongly. I watched only parts of the program when I got time. wow ! What to say ! When I listened to few of the contestants, I could understand how hard they might have worked. Few performances were awesome. What I really like is the structure of the program. I haven't seen it fully. I must follow it regularly from now onwards.Quote:

Then the performances - pretty ordinary. Prasanna was entertaining - but could have chosen a better song as he is capable of handling. Ravi is singing iLamai ithO ithO tonight. It is definitely not his cup of tea. pAkalAm enna nadakkuthunnu.

Ravi paled in comparison with SPB, I think anyone would have. iLamai idhO idhO is a masterpiece with some out-of-the world orchestration and perfect singing. I mean SPB's voice is another instrument playing along with that song. Nobody could have done justice to that. So he escapes :)

The quality is taking a quick dive though and I am beginning to lose interest. Its kind of sad that the terror trio is the only interesting thing about the program at this point and even they aren't that entertaining.
