No it's not in tamil, it's telugu itself.

for the past couple of weeks, I am listening again and again to PKMC. intha alavu entha oru HJ album-um naan ippadi kettathillai....... especially unakkul naanae by SS and un sirippinil..... Hats off to HJ

My pick from PKMC is Karu Karu .. somehow it makes my drive peppy ...
So far a good start from HJ this year.. and according to Behindwoods... PKMC and UU occupy the top two songs for this year... good going HJ .. give us UU anytime...

I doubt Jeeva will score as a director. He does good cinematography and brings rich-feel to the frames. His 12B was a decent effort though inspired from sliding doors and didn't watch his UK. UU looks similar to UK. Lets see how this time he performs.

True, in a way HJ is like ilaiya thalabathy vijay who do not want to be different but rather chose to do what they do their best....he knows he is heavily inspired by ARR but still does not want to change.... feels ppl like the way i score music, film is bcoming hit, music is becoming a huge hit...directors are happy, ppl are happy..then why shud i change

its bit bad comparing Harris with Visay.....every artist has an identity, which ismthe sole reason for their success. and that uniq identity will vary in depth and breadth for different feilds... visay dont does any such great difference whereas Harris eventho hasnt done any great change still is great bcos his music has lot of small innovations, which makes some of his traks to stay ever. best ex can be his songs with bombay jayashree

some say that harris heavily influenced from ARR. nowadays, who is not ???? even IR has slighest inf of ARR. listen to MAsthaana Masthaana song from Raasayya

so the point that his ARR influence is heavy, is null void. apart, he does great...

Plus
1) flow is even in his songs which is rare nowadays
2)there asre cases like saranam is good and pallavi not as exp. example for this kind is Chandraleka song fromThirudaaThirudaa. Harris songs are not like this
3) Almost all songs are smoothly instrumented, even his kuthu songs. Uruththal illai
4) Clear listenability of bueatiful lyrics, no tamil killing
5)Great Melody patterns, some are well modern, i am proud to show some tunes to others

All these makes him very much an 'above average' composer

His minuses are
1)LAcks in BGM some time
2) In such cases, just uses bare chorus pronounciation !! as BGM - ex - R E M O REMO in anniyan
3) slight repeatability in tunes
4) No trend setting stuff
5) no international acclaims

Harris is a good composer for this modern day . his music never fails to enthrall Youth
