After the success of 'malayur mambattiyaan', thyagarajan acted in dozens of pictures that came and disappeared just like his son's recent films. 'NeruppukuL eeram' was one of them. It had ambika and urvasi with Thyagarajan. Todays song was aired frequently at the time of film's release.
Its a good song and kind of an unusual one for MV who mostly sang fast numbers or happy duets.
That was also the time when every other movie that released had IR's music. He managed to give atleast one good number for most of these unknowns.
If i remember correctly, 'kannil ondru' is the only good number in NE.

Neruppukkul Earam is an one of rare pick, i think many of them never listen this song. Weldone and thaks for it. I have an request of MV/SJ combination.
