The lady was born on 16th February.

She might have lost her parents in Sani dasa.

Sorry for doubting at the first instant! (past experience may be the reason!). I have found so may free utilities in internet which can give similar advice... Still there are lot of contradcitions... How a birth happened in large geographic region which falls under particular GMT makes one's life miscerable!

Thanks for posting your identity.

She is born in Simha lagna (Leo) .
Simha is a fixed sign and as per the tenets of Hindu astrology,
11th house is badhaka sthana(house of obstaclecals) and its lord is Badhakadhipathi for moving signs. (Aries, Cancer Libra etc)

For fixed signs, 9th lord is Badhakadhipathi (Taurus, Leo etc)

and for dual signs, 7th lord is Badhakadhipathi. (Gemini, Virgo etc)

Maja's chart is Leo ascendent.
Thus 9th lord Mars becomes Badhakadhipathi and 9th house is Badhakasthana.

Till now, none of your explanations brought any belief on this so called occult science. Both of you haven't validated any of your saying scientifically. Also both of you didn't take my simple challange which was kept in this forum few years ago. So, I have large reasons to doubt.

Astrology uses bit of astronomy but it is far fetched to call it as science. It is just like comparing foresnic science of finger printing and Kairekai Jothidam or Vaastu with advanced civil engineering.

The problem with astrology is not in: does it work? because it does. (Even a fresh student of astrology can easilly recognize various temperaments od signs. It is very easy to notice Aries temperament and make difrference to Pisces temperament).
The problem is: How does it work? Well nobody knows... (yet). Astrology is descriptive and based on statistics. (theres more into it, but for this type of discusion its enough)

It is important to notice that even some official sciences are very descriptive in interpretations missing the clear phusical mechanisams of function. For instance medicine. Its statements are descriptive and based on statistics lacking the basic excplanations. For instance: males have testosteron and females estrogen. No doctor on earth can tell you phisical mechanisam of how testosteron phisically- (scientifically) influence male mind and caracter. And it does! We dont know why and how, but the effects are huge. And we dont doubt the effects because we dont know egzactlly how it works. Based on that testosteron thing we have wars, the shape of our culture, etc. which are the facts of our life.

This is an positivistic philosophy explanation of astrology mechanisms, which can be interpreted further more as: "we dont know how, and why astrology works, but we will some day, when our knowledge and science evolve more."

Reading Lal Kitab ( by the way what is your opinion on it?) I found that SO, MO, ME konjunction in 7-th is "excelent" , and that SA in 10-th is (almoust) never inauspicious...
There must be some catch in this chart which could (as an key) unlock beneficial influence. I cant find it.... and it makes me angry :)

when calculating this chart as tropical, its completlly different story.. it doesnt have any of beneficials like in Vedic chart because :
SO,ME are in 6-th ,
JU is in 4-th but in Capricorn, debilitated..
MA in Ta , VE in AR (also deb.)
MO in Pisces, (doubtfulll)
etc.
