In the case of Dasa, the general public simply refuses to believe that it ranks among the biggest BO winners in TFI. It is now 4 years since the movie released. Other than those 2 articles in TOI and The Hindu and the Kumudam edition posted by Sakala, has anybody else acknowledged these collection figures? Our very own producers like US try to hide Dasa's records and he was able to make his so called 'fact' reach the masses. Imagine what would have happened had he replaced any of the other two movies in the list with 7am Arivu?
This is just my polambal & I know this discussion will not go anywhere. Now that KH is in 'NI' limelight again, I sincerely hope the success of VR will bring to light the records of Dasa too, or at least help this movie do away with that tag.
