எம்.ஜி.ஆர் நடிப்பில் மாபெரும் வரவேற்பை பெற்ற 'எங்க வீட்டு பிள்ளை' படத்தினை, எம்.ஜி.ஆர் நடித்த வேடத்தில் விஜய்யை நடிக்க வைத்து இயக்கத் திட்டமிட்டு இருக்கிறார் இயக்குநர் செல்வபாரதி.
இது தொடர்பாக விஜய்யிடம் பேச்சுவார்த்தை நடத்தி வருகிறார். தற்போது 'கத்தி', சிம்புதேவன் படம் என வரிசையாக படங்களை ஒப்புக்கொண்டிருக்கும் விஜய், இப்படத்திற்கு எப்போது தேதிகள் ஒதுக்க இருக்கிறார் என்பது விரைவில் தெரியவரும்.

Watched OKMK. Not a bad attempt. Inspired by Run Lola Run, Sliding doors, this film is about three friends trying to kidnap a girl from her wedding and the same story is shown as starting from three time frames (8.59 AM, 9 AM and 9.01 AM).
Performances of the leads, Comedy and attention to minute details were good. But the screenplay was a letdown. I understand that you cant make it racy when you show the same incident thrice. But still you could've done a better job. Jeeva did it with 12B.
On Vijay taking up Chimbudevan project, I definitely don't mind as the guy has some grey matter. But he should understand the whole lot of expectations when he comes up with such a big team (if at all its true)

Agree with you, Ajay. This was expected isn't it? For normal success itself, there is so much negativity from a few against Vijay. This is way too much for them to handle. It's just a couple of rats who have gone berserk. ..and the best treatment is to ignore them. Let them suffer with frustration and jealousy...we have enough to keep ourselves busy with Vijay updates. More frustration to come in a couple of days when Jilla celebrates 100 days. ;-)

Ghilli, directed by Dharani, is one of Vijay's biggest hits in his two-decade long career. The movie released on April 17th, 2004 for the summer season, and today marks the 10th anniversary of this mass entertainer's release. Ghilli crossed 175 days in Tamil Nadu and perfectly lived up to its tagline 'Sureshot' with its solid run in theaters. The film is an alltime favorite with kids and family audiences whenever it is screened on TV even today.
Co-starring Trisha, Prakash Raj and featuring some of the most popular songs in the past decade or so, Ghilli is still regarded as a benchmark among racy commercial entertainers which have all the elements in the right mix.
Let's relive the Ghilli magic today and hopefully we will get more such movies from Ilayathalapathy in the coming years.
