I guess beckham meant apply egg white leave it on for some time and then wash off. Anyway lets wait for him to confirm
But would just like to say that whatever u do pls use cool water to rinse it off. My friend once used hot water and she had scrambled eggs sticking to her hair. :lol: :lol:

I will apply white portion of the egg on the portion where i m loosing a lot (ofocurse forehead :lol: ) and i will leave it for 45 mins or so...then i will rinse it using an ayurvedic shampoo (Himalayan company product) ... I tell u what gud improvement yaar :D Rinse it with cold water...Don use hot water to rinse u're hair...because the pores in u're head will get expanded resulting in lose of hair... :)

I didn't receive any PM yet!!!... Anyways, am sry to say this but I've stopped doing diet plans coz most ppl who got the diet chart from me didn't bother to follow it...

Read thrugh the thread from the beginning & U'll get a catch of what to eat & what not to... I heard from one of the hubber y'day tht she has lost 3 kgs following the tips I've given combined with regular exercise...I've given so much info that if u can read thru all those & see the diet charts I've given to other hubbers, U'll get a fairly good idea as to what is to be done... Do your research & stary ur diet+exercise & start losing weight...:)

Hi everyone,

Thanks to dev & her tips I have shed 3 kgs & I am really very happy.Of course,I achieved this loss with some diet changes & exercise.Now I am concentrating on the last 2 kgs & trimming up part.The good news is I did have my share of cheat days(even had cheese paratha once ! :lol: ).All the best to arthi & others who want to lose weight!
