AR || Ghajini | A.R.Murugadoss | Aamir Khan ||

Hi friends.....At first I was shocked when i heard the album....Barring two numbers, I felt this album was a total crap......But after 3 listenings, I feel all songs are going to be super hits...Believe me, this album is going to create some record......


Still I feel,Bekha song could have done better...Music especially the sax is mindblowing,,,,but.....there is absolute cacophony in between when Karthik rushes thro' words....And the beats giving it a jazz feel also doesn't suit....

And [Kaise Mujhe] by Benny is a great number.....I don't find anything wrong with Benny's singing....Its absolutely and the orchestration is rich......Great harp,string and guitar arrangement....

exactly. even i dont find anything wrong with benny's voice. and in behka the ending part is haunting. chords oru stanza mudinchu marupadiyum behka varum pothu use panirukalam. plaina iruka mathiri oru feel. but still it looks great.

Mixed initial reactions to the album , as usual to an ARR album - kaise Mujhe is gonna be a hit , so is Bekka, -> My first Listen !! . Others are Ok in first listen ! No COmplaints in the first listen

Bekka -> Reminds me of the energy in Main Aisa Kyun hoon !!

People are really harsh on this album. Anyway everyone is entitled to their opinion. I found this album very interesting, I found Bekha very complicated earlier but now totally love it, something different to Indian music. Thanks ARR

enna albumda saaami. i also agreed with dinesh about benny. there was something missing in his voice. but now i take back my words. i am not doing this because the majority likes benny's voice, but after about 20-30 listens, his voice doesnt seem alien anymore and i really gotta appreciate the way he handled the high pitch range. but i noticed that his voice is not loud nuff. orchestrations r overpowering his voice (maybe for a reason) and that maybe why it sounded weird to me initially. amazing song. definitely the best album of the year.
