hi kugan nga,
lovely salads.......always wanted an authentic thai mango salad ;-) thank u thank u .
Thanks Dev, Selviem and Aarthii.
Normally I do not like to post a recipe without a picture.
After doing the raw papaya salad, and eating , I did not want to do the mango salad.
Other wise I will have to visit the " wash room " often
Suvai nga you can even use a very little ripe but firm mango,
for the mango salad.
Thanks, Kugan98
Aarthii, another salad that I used to do when entertaining friends is.
Mixed salad:
Little pineapple chopped into bite pieces.
Little green apple chopped (soak in salt water first)
Little celery cut into pieces
Little carrot cut into pieces
Little cucumber also cut (remove the seeds)
Little tomato also cut (remove the seeds)
Sliced onions
fresh red chillies sliced
Lime juice
sugar
salt
pepper powder
Mix every thing and chill it first.
Serve it in a bed of lettuce.

Then selvika, post some patties recipe also in ur free time.I dont know those stuffs also.Once agian thanks for such a healthy tips .
Thanks Aarthii for your sweet post.
I will try to post different types of salad.
I am very happy that you tried the tomato thokku.
its really very tasty. Its a bit difficult to make.
Its because of the splashing when the thokku thickens.
Thanks Aarthii, Kugan98
