May her soul rest in peace, she is a great actress, and will be remembered for that.

Very sad news. :sad: Excellent actress and great dedication till her end! I used to see 'Thendral' serial sometimes (sun tv) in which she acted. May her soul rest in peace!

இப்படி பல வேடங்களில் மின்னும் இவர் மனோரமாவையும் சில நேரங்களில் மிஞ்சக்கூடியவர்.

நேரமின்மை சுருக்கமாக முடிக்கிறேன்

பின் அடுத்த தலைமுறையினருக்கும் அம்மாவாக நடித்தவர் இவர்.
இவர் முத்திரை பதித்த நடிகை என்பதில் எந்த சந்தேகமும் இல்லை

Is it official that she acted as klepto in MMKR?

I saw some posts to that effect here, even wiki says so.

However, the movie seemed to show her doing a "deliberate" negative role - not just paNdam thirudal, she creates trouble to Kameswaran who tries to nab her 'kaiyum kaLavum', later shops at the store in Kameswaran's account and finally makes the deal with Nagesh for the impersonation, even demands more money from him once they reach Bangalore.

The movie also shows her doing a judO kind of fight :-)

She used to live near to my grand mother's house in Abiramapuram (near mandaveli) and my cousins were very close to her. I have seen her only few times though. :sad:
