Two of Rahul's master strokes yesterday was to play 2 spinners and open the bowling with them. Offcourse Ponting opening the batting would have made his choice of opening with spinners an easy one :) but Rahul has been the captain of the IPL so far....Quote:

The problem for MI has been the openers. Especially the overseas captain. If an overseas captain doesn't perform, he not only spoils the team's progress but also blocks the place of another foreign player who is waiting to come in. Someone like Dwayne Smith would've got MI some flying starts and SRT could've taken time to settle. Now they are burdening the middle order.
I think that's true......Not just Dwayne, MI also has the likes of Maxwell and Oram who can be handy...Quote:
