Kelamal is a beautiful song, but the techno orchestration sounds somewhat generic to me. The tune mostly outshines the orchestration here.
I will check if ARR has used any of the Apple Soundtrack Pro gamelan loops in the Marilyn Monroe.
[quote="Dragun"]Agree. I also felt that a complete techno beat did not suit the tune melody. I like the tune as such.Quote:

some parts of kelamal kaiyile song resembles Agaya vennilave - Arangetra velai
yes raaja_rasigan..
the song goes like
"kaettu rasittha paadal onrai...
meendum inru nyabagam thoonda..."
for which arr has used that tune intentionally...
i hope its kindof a tribute to IR...
Confirmed that Ponmagal Vaandal is other people hardwork. Not Arr.
as a prove we have credited cd cover & when ATM HQ promo release there is no Ponmagal Vaandal.
Whoever done it, i really like the outcome.
:D
then its fineQuote:

He has limited his experimentations here and result speaks for itself. Overall good album meeting expectations.
Hope the movie capitalizes!
:exactly: I'll second to that, since I love IR's work in the 80's, my fav techno/melody song is Vannila Thenilla.... ok back to the futureQuote:
