Kelamal is a beautiful song, but the techno orchestration sounds somewhat generic to me. The tune mostly outshines the orchestration here.

I will check if ARR has used any of the Apple Soundtrack Pro gamelan loops in the Marilyn Monroe.

Agree. I also felt that a complete techno beat did not suit the tune melody. I like the tune as such.

yea Dragun, the CD cover of India's version, has this CREDIT printed on them, its only the Malaysian cover did not mention this....

Confirmed that Ponmagal Vaandal is other people hardwork. Not Arr.
as a prove we have credited cd cover & when ATM HQ promo release there is no Ponmagal Vaandal.

Whoever done it, i really like the outcome.

First Listen says songs are here to stay for a while. A good effort by ARR, much much better for Vijay compared to Udaya.

He has limited his experimentations here and result speaks for itself. Overall good album meeting expectations.

Hope the movie capitalizes!

:exactly: I'll second to that, since I love IR's work in the 80's, my fav techno/melody song is Vannila Thenilla.... ok back to the future
