Dhoni is different from other skippers...

He is.With him you never realize the pressure hes feeling.Hes that cool.A totally downto-earth guy,he mingles with everyone in the team and makes people comfortable.Be it practice sessions,team meetings or parties,hes always there and on time,ensuring that everyone is feeling happy.

He does.Stephen again is very cool under pressure.The best part about him is that he allows people to express themselves freely,gives them the freedom.
