I was zapped when I saw the ad in the paper last week....a new film called Moonar, has music by Ravi Devendran (of Vedham Pudhidhu fame). The soundtrack is not out in Bangalore neither is it available online in any of the streaming sites. Any place where I can hear the songs? I LOVED Vedham Pudhidhu...it was so Raja'ish that many people still think it was by Raja until someone points them to the film's title credits or the cassette for the actual composer's name :-)

Moonar audio launch photos: Exclusive on Galatta

Moonar is the latest film directed by K. Thambidurai and produced by Ravi Devendran of Vedham Puthidhu fame, under the Thennaga Thiraikoodam Banner. The audio launch function was held recently in the city, and the music is by Ravidevendran. The lyrics have been penned by Pa. Vijay, Piraisudan, Piraisoodan, Snehan and Muniapparaj.

The film set in Munnar is said to be thriller. Moonar stars two newcomers as the lead pair. Thambidurai has also written the screenplay and dialogues and the film will be released soon.
