Problem is, they would not have expected around 1 crore lag in TN on opening 3 days itself. After the entire run the lag will be around 6 - 10 crores (enough to underscore, who is who). With Telugu release, which is expected to gross around 8 - 10 C will seal every thing. Please leave them to enjoy with europe collection, just one more week na, then we will update the cbo, tn, telugu collections, which will go for 4 weeks :).Quote:

According to early reports, from India domestic including Tamil Nadu, Jilla netted ₹ 20.5 crore while Veeram netted ₹18.50 crore in the first weekend (Jan 10-12), which is phenomenal by any yardstick. In Kerala Jilla has got a net of approximately ₹3.8 crore, while Veeram is around ₹ 1 crore.
In the overseas market also both have opened exceptionally well. Jilla leads marginally in the overseas market.

Yea but the fight is not whether one movie is better than the other, rather it is whose star value is better than the the other. Both the movies aren't as great as they make it out to be even if they are pure entertainers. One movie gets 2.3/5 and the other 2/5 and the one with the higher is the winner but they fail to notice they both got below par average reviews.Quote:
