Thank you for reminding me of this gem of a song which got obscured by hits from the same film like "mounamaana neram" and "thakita thadhimi". I consider "vedham" to be a benchmark song for Hamsanandhi raagam. Anotrher lovely song in Hamsanandhi should be "rathiriyil poothirukkum thamarai thaan peNNo", SPB's duet with SJQuote:
