I believe so since Jai films tasted success commercially for action packed scrips on those days. I think Jaisankar has filled the very small timeline gap between MGR and Rajni for top mass hero place.

Day before yesterday, I had mentioned about this in my reply to Joe when we discussed about Pachhai Vilakku. Moser Baer had acquired the rights of not only Andha Naal, but all AVM movies and they have come out with VCDs of the same. While AVM had priced it in the region of Rs 250/- plus, Moser Baer is offering at an attractive price of less than Rs 40/-. You should be knowing the Moser Baer shop near Sangeetha at RA Puram, where I had seen the VCDs.
