So far the Tamil cinema jinx has been this: Film within a film have failed at the box office. Can Uttama Villain break that?

Overall I just want to watch a good movie....Box Office is an added bonus....நல்ல தரமான படமாக அமைந்துவிட்டாலே எனக்கு போதுமானது...வர்த்தகரீதியாக எனக்கு எந்தவிதமான எதிர்பார்ப்புகளும் இல்லை.

Some Tamil films have been screened in AMCs. But most of these theatres are sort off inaccessible or a good distance away from the main city. However "I" released in three AMCs round about the Chicago area out of which one was AMC river east ( the best theatre in the city ). Heck even Kochadaiyaan was screened only in hindi not tamil. "I" was the first and hopefully Uttama Villain follows suit.Quote:
