Here is a suvaiyaana Potato Pudhina Recipe:
Baby potatoes about 1/2 kg ( boiled till 3/4 is cooked)
Puthina leaves one handful
chilli powder 1 tsp or more to yr taste
jeeragam 1 tsp
dry fry 1/2 or 1 tsp jeeragam & poweder it. ( this is seperate from the above jeeragam.;-)
oil 2 to 3 tblspn
salt

In a pan pour oil & add the 1tsp jeeragam & then potatoes fry this for about 3 to 4 mins. Then add chilli powd/salt & cover it with a lid & let it simmer on low fire for some more mins. Now add in the chopped pudhina leaves & cook them some more.
when potatoes are fully done add the freshly made jeeragam powder.

& then eat 'em hot with rice / rasam or any sambar or thaalicha thayir saadam.

Friends, my cooking is not over yet.
In the middle of May, we are having bajans in our house.
Light dinner for 50 of them.

I have already made up the menu.
Little dishes only.

Idly, sambar, tomato chutney.

Chapathi, green peas and brinjal curry.

Rice noodles (meehoon) fried, red chillie sambal.

Custard or agar agar

Coffee and tea.


I will be posting the green beans or patchapayir,
and brinjal curry, tomorrow.
My friend gave me the recipe, let me know what you all
think about it. I do not want to cook the same chick peas curry. Thanks. Kugan98

Selvi, u can find the red curry paste recipe in KK index... I used K's recipe only...
