Any stands near long on, long off should be good. The stands near midwicket region are not that good for watching.

D,F or ,I,A,C,G. You might have to sit in the extreme end of I,A,C,G to have a good view.

Can you please confirm if this layout is correct? Got this from Kyazoonga (booking site for WC 2011) but as you said D stand is changed to E, I'm slightly confused.
