Yes.
Ippolaam oru padam complete panna minimum 6 months ayiduthu. So, I am not sure if Gun will be ready for Apr 14. Also, I heard Maatran is May or June release. But, B-2 is confirm Apr 14 release. Based on this I said it may be Gun vs Maatran.
By the way I am not bothered even if it's going to be B-2 vs Gun or B-2 vs Maatran. So far all things about B-2 is positive :)

Even if it is Billa2 vs maatran, let the film accepted by most of the general audience win or both of them. Who cares. At least Ajith won't put pressure on producer to release the film just for competition and ego. But athu mattum prabo sollura maathiri iruntha, ennavellam inga sila per post pannuvanga surya va pathi nnu namakku theriyaatha.. or for that matter on Thala. If one is so confident about other films, why bother about others. There was a time when Dhanush was consistently beating someone at the tamil nadu box office at least with his good films. Pazhasa ellam maranthuda koodathu.

definitely lot of time we lost against him continously i expected nanban to beat his 3 but he escaped

Records are made to be broken. Nanban is a excellent movie so is Mankatha. I enjoyed both the movies. I am a die hard Vijay fan but I was happy for Ajith's Mankatha. I want Ajith to strongly come back because he is a good actor.

Apadi pazhya katha pathi pesina bore than adikum! So history, geography lam venam!

And one morething, its not that just us whinning about Surya. Ninga kuda if situation comes up will do the same.! it is simply the logic we support the favourite ones, if not we will support the next best thing which will make our favourite look superior!!

For eg: vela, 7th sense competition appo lam i could see most of ur ppl took 7th sense side!, in my view it is definitely not that it is a good movie, it should be either surya or the fact hero in vela is vijay!

Who were those 'most of our ppl' took 7th sense side, atleast name few Ajith fans who gave good review about 7th sense and posted negative review about Velayutham. IIRC, Sakala was the one who kept on updating about the movie and tweets.

I don't deny that Ajith films too bombed at the box office and even lost to young stars (aalwar failed to match up to thamirabharani). But if I defend aalwar by showing 100 days poster and project a false image that it is a hit and blame others like "we failed with chella and you guys came up with remake. you release the film with Villan - We will crush you like we did. ithellam sonna pulichu pogum. No difference in this and the solo release arguments :lol: ". appuram intha jeicha argument. :lol: paramasivannu oru sappa film ah vachu continous hit kodutha unga aala red card varaikkum kondu pogaliya.. athukkum rate athu ithunnu solluveenga.. ada ponga ;)

I personally don't have any problem if Surya releases a good film and wins at the box office like Ghajini. Why should one whine? Rather should we not work more and try to raise above the quality. I have problem only if somebody rates Ajith or his acting way below him even after movies like Vaali, Varalaaru, Billa, Mankatha etc. These days I even ignore those arguments.

I have seen 7A and didn't like the film. If you are saying most of Ajith fans took sides, I don't see anything wrong in it. 7A and raja's film. I haven't seen the later so don't want to comment on the relative quality of the films. But if Ajith fans feel 7A was better, no issues in that. You can take sides if you feel Maatran is good when it is released along with Billa. You guys won't do that :lol:

SAC - the self enforced head or producer association even gave an interview that competition is only between Surya and Vijay now. If you feel otherwise, educate him first with collections. Then we can discuss on this. You guys are doing this for anyone who is above you. Either SAC uses his regular route or you guys invent a new one to degrade them. Unfortunatly for Surya's family is also within cine field.. So, "Paambin kaal paambariyum"

If you say something like that, releasing a film on Diwali compared to Ramjan has a BIG ADVANTAGE in overseas. People who don't come out in western countries will travel and see any film that releases during that time. How would you justify Raja's film on diwali collecting more at the UK BO compared to Shankar movie? Aadhavan collections at UK box office higher than many pouplar films. Don't you feel you see a pattern there. Same goes to ATM. Ithellam naangalum sollalaam...
