marudhaani! arrrrghhh. a song like this going unnoticed!!! what an idiot director. ARR could have easily made two songs out of the tunes he has used in this song. and taxi taxi!!! glad it picked up some attention due to the picture not having a negative effect on the song.
Ethu Sugam Sugam Athu, Vendum Veendum.
(Vandi cholai Sinna Rasu).
How many people still remember this song? Subtle eroticism, with velvety voices caressing over modestly pulsating rhythm, yapapapa....tremendously underrated. Too bad the movie ruined it all. ARR brought an additional dimension from SPB and VJ.
Sometimes I think of this song as 90s answer to IR's Mendum Mendum Va, albeit less erotic.
Samba Samba - Love Birds
Great percussion use. 8-)
Paper Planes - DFA Remix 8-)
Strictly speaking, this isn't an ARR song.Quote:

I've said this before on these forums...
Paper Planes was produced by Diplo. MIA did the songwriting. Rahman had nothing to do with it.
He did do a remix which featured on SDM soundtrack though.
