Thanks Bala for the response. Glad to see someone quoting the mistakes of both sides without blindly accusing Simbu wiht their preconceived notions about his father, mother, family etc etc. :D

I only asked you whether you have seen the whole program and my response was mainly to Joe after seeing his one sided response based ONLY on that particular episode. I still am unable to believe whether he has seen the entire program because none of his response sounds so.

enna panradhu, very little choice and hence watching reality shows and all!
I dont see any reason for feeling ashame for watching it (you may be having your reasons though). I could at least gather some knowledge about different kind of dancing techniques, which I am interested of.

5) Prithvi's comments that you have quoted - in an earlier round where he said his team were here to enjoy what they were doing and have fun unlike others who were seemingly trying to prove they knew how to dance etc.. Ego! Obviously but did you see that particular round in question?
Yes I have seen but Prithvi had been uttering those dialogues even before. I dont know how you missed it. And at one point he even said he considers ONLY Irfan and Monisha as their competitors in the finals :rotfl:

If im not wrong, 3 dancers were given a second chance and Dev got high marks in his 2nd attempt though he barely moved just because of his typical "Look! Im dancing inspite of being injured. Commitment man!" stunt.
I agree with you on Dev and obviously he tried to gain Sympathy. But Simbu was not present during that episode but they showed his comments separately. He said "Dev innorutharam aadiyirukka vEndiya avasiyam illEnnu nAn nenekkiREn, avaru first attemptla aadunatha vechE eppadi perform paNNaarnu kaNikka koodiyathA irunthuthu". I think you too mean the same :)

Did you look at Venkat in that round? Atleast Tinku's "excuse" was OK.
Obviously Prithvi wasnt pleased (as was Monisha who clearly said there should be no second chances for goof-ups on stage).
I agree completely on Venkat. I never liked it but Tinku as you said had a reason.

You have narrated that incident without context
I think now it's clear :)
And about Simbu, I agree with you on most of the points but again my opinion about him is not based on that SINGLE episode and what ever the blunders he made on that particular day can NEVER justify the heavy headed, egoistic acts of Uma and Prithvi. Besides, I had to take the 'other' side here because it was obvious that some were tyring to criticise Simbu with their preconceived biased opinions by even saying that he doesnt know how to dance  :rotfl: . Hope you would understand that :)

9) His verdicts in that episode!
Dev - "You dance like a real hero" :rotfl:
That I considered as some words of consolation and encouragement because it was obvious that they were going to get eliminated. Besides I would also like to quote what he said in the folk round when other two judges had no good words for Prithvi and Uma. "Neenga nallAthAn paNNeenga, but matha jodis innaikku ungala vida nallA paNNitaanga" - I thought it was a very nice way of saying.

P.S: You admit you are watching it for Chimpu (i dont watch it for Prithvi/Uma alone) but yet you accuse US of being biased towards Prithvi! :)
That was to mention that he made many people like me who had not even considered his existence before watch the program  8-) There is nothing called bias here like others who are trying to attack even his father and family here :)
