Corn Rava upma:
I prepared this upma today morning for lunch :D.
Ingredients:
Corn rava - 1 cup
Olive oil - juz 1 tbsp
Veggies (Carrot, beans, cauliflower, onion peas) - 1 1/2 cup
Salt - depends, while on diet it is better to add less salt
Pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
Water - Check the rava granules, if is in normal size as sooji rava, then use 1 1/2 cup water, if it is bigger than that, then, use 2 cups water :D
Method:
In a pressure cooker, heat oil, add all the veggies, pepper powder, salt and fry for a minute.
Now add water, mix well.
Now add corn rava and give a gud mix.
Close the lid, leave it for 1 - 2 whistles. Serve hot.
Preparation time: 15 mins.
