Plum, I don't think Joe finds Cho unfunny.
He is more likely to reject the "Cho v TV" framing of the question

I have a broader question.... given that I have already voted for YGM and given that (now with the defection of RS) only Bala and I are the ones who found TV unfunny, whether TV would get even one vote depends squirely on whether Bala has voted for anyone yet or not.

Dont forget that I have a vote (not actual vote - andha vote YGMku dhaan) but a vote to choose between TV and Cho :-)
