there are different things like
aapa soda/soda bi carbonate/baking soda/soda (uppu)salt/baking powder....
are they all same? or different? what dishes they r used for?

Inimai. I think baking soda, soda bi carbonate and soda uppu are all same.
Baking powder is different.
