Might watch it tomorrow
Anyone here watched Dev D
Howz the movie, getting contrasting reviews
Mixed Doubles :P Ranvir and Konkana
Luck by saans. The charecterizations and the cameos were superb. Anurag Kashyap's and SRK's especially. Farhan acts quite well and Konkona was superb. Kollywood is one up so far. Have not seen Dev D, but we have nandhalAlA which will release soon.
A Wednesday is in IMDb's top 500: 7.9 at somewhere around 300s. And Dil Chahtha hai is close by. :bluejump:
A Wednesday.
A Wednesday
ssanjanika..... :D

Its bold, honest/"unoriginal" AND engaging...
The BGM is very good and yet will reassure die-hards why Raaja holds patents
Still thinking about the ending.... mathirukkalamo?
P.S: A section of the N.Indies crowd laughed at Chanda screaming (pleading) at her mom, "...I'm not going to s^&* every c!!$ that comes my way" :banghead: :hammer: ...
Tamil cinema abhimanigal, all the best... :lol2:
The start of the 3rd chapter "Dev D" with Abhay Deol in the metro and "Emossanal Athyachar" (rock version) is unbelievable. See it to believe it :notworthy:
Anurag Kashyap's Black Friday. Boyle was obviously inspired by Kashyap's Bombay. Particularly evidenced by the chase sequences [the exceptionally drawn out chase of Imtiaz in the second chapter is quite lovely filmmaking. It is obvious that the editor had trouble leaving shots out].
Great music by Indian Ocean as well and the acting is excellent across the board. I am now looking forward to Dev D!
Guess Boyle himself acknowledged this.Quote:

Dev-D
Pretty good !
Abhay Deol was just unbelievably good.
Extremely draggy second half, but I guess it couldn't have been any other way. But overall the movie is very impressive.
Film of the year till now.
Kaminey and Gulaal ahead.
