Vaigai Puyal "Imsai Arasan" Vadivelu

There are some comedy of vadivel which have gone unnoticed or unpopular.

To quote few:

Vadivel as Courier Gobu :lol: dealing with the customer who tries to send 'vatha kozhambu' to Kumbakonam through courier :rotfl2:

VV bargaining 20rs ilani for rs 3 and 10 rs ilani for rs 2 :lol: This one is amazing. He cooks up a big story to that shop keeper that he hails from a zamindar family :lol: Ilani vyabari believes his story and serves tender coco for free. VV says to himself "jameen'nu sonna udane nambittan. appdiya irukku namma moonji" :rotfl3:

VV as auto driver. A group of maami calling him for an urgent savaari :lol: This one is :rotfl2: A sarathkumar movie i think!

marudhamalai

Nila gets special treatment as they think she is suffering from cancer. She quizzes VV why.

VV: irummA...oru posisan-la pOyi ninnukkurrEn...(turns the window and leans with both hands) :rotfl:

VV: <kulungi kulungi azhugai)
Nila: yeN nE sirukkureenga ? :rotfl2:

Turns to show his tears
Nila : yen nE azhugureenga ?
VV: unakku trans(f)erAmE mA.......(inconsolably breaking down) :rotfl3:

And in the movie with Mallika as heroine, VV rocked :rotfl3:

Mallika: pOngaLLL (fondles)
VV: pOngaL... pOngaL... aaha... appadiye purushana sollura maadiriye sollurale...

Then he says something like this 'avaLum peN thaane... avalukkum achcham, madam, naanam... appuram enna (thinks for a while) aahn.... payirppu, idhellam illamalA pogum" :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Which is the one where VV goes to buy vegetables with Arjun ? He is literally washed and hung out to dry by one guy - who as a parting shot affixes him to the line with cloth clips :rotfl:

The scene starts with some hilarious lines:

VV: Durai, nee yEn unga akka kalyanathukku enna koopidala?
A: ennaiye koopidala.
VV: appuram yEn nee pOna?
A: koopittanga ponen.

Very true. And, the interesting part is, though we happen to see all these scenes repeatedly, it never breeds boredom. And, that's precisely where VV's success lies, I believe.

To make it interesting, the first time watch is obviously for the comedy dialogues.. But the repetitive watch makes it more interesting when we start noticing the body language, expression after every delivery, his expressions for others delivery and much more of VV !

The more we watch, the more we observe. On repeated watching, the nuances, subtlety will be noticed. Then is when we get the real craze :yes: and we go ga-ga!

When Naai Segar narrates the " ilavu kaatha kili " story with amazing rhyming & timing, in between he will refer the " kili " as " andha kili paya pulla " :lol:

When the crowd objects his story at first, himself he says 'rhyming'oda nalla timing'oda nAn solluren' :rotfl2:

Superb comedy :2thumbsup:

But missed the best part of Marudhamalai :( such as Maamul collection along with beggar, transer (cancer) :rotfl2:
