Another nice rustic song from Maruthaani. Today's pick was picturized on two extras who sing and dance in the bus in which Pandiyan is traveling from Chennai to the village, at the beginning of the film. Nice solo by PS. Today's pick was picturized on Sulakshana. After Pandiyan's wedding to Shobhana is stopped and Sulakshana moves in with him, one day Sulakshana leaves the baby unattended and goes out to get milk for the baby. Pandiyan had just had a fight with the village thugs for insulting him, got beaten up and is resting. The baby knocks down a kerosene lamp and the baby's sheets catch on fire. The flame rises and catches Pandiyan's attention. He saves the baby and puts out the fire. Sulakshana returns home at this time. Pandiyan yells at her for her carelessness.
