Another imporatant point is that we used to take late night dinners at home.My husband used to come late frm office .so dinner time also gets late.
walking poga sariya time amaiya mattenguthu.Since No one is there to help me for taking care of pranay.I can't take him along with me for walking .But i can think of doing yoga as u suggested.
But frm Feb am also going to join in ur diet club and going to follow it.Lets see.
