Raghu, the song is 'mayil thogai asaindhaal' from Ragasia Police - 1995. MDs: Lakshmikant-Pyarelal.

'Nee varuvaai ena' is from Sujatha - 1980. MD: MSV. Kalyani Menon's version was equally good.

Lakshmikant-Pyarelal was still composing in 1995 ??, i thought he sort of retired in late 80's! any way, I thought the song had a hindi touch :)
