Got a Tom & Jerry dvd pack for my kid and was watching with her yesterday. Obviously every one of the episodes is extremely hilarious but this one (Texas Tom) caught my specific attention :

Yes, and it is not a comedy track. It is all in-character, one of his best. If Winner, Soonapaana, MTV showcase his ability as a 'comedian', this is something that establishes his acting credentials. That scene where he confronts Nasser for accusing Bharath of stealing - the mix of years of submissiveness bursting out, tempered by the inherent fear, egged on by the new found courage and the realisation of his worth - very effectively done. And to cap it all, the hasty end to the proceedings where he rushes away from the scene because obviously the high provided by the discovery of his mama's momentary slip has washed away - that was a nuance very well captured.

And then while having food, offering to eat up (what) that Bharath abhors. "seri right" as Nasser expressly disapproves :lol:

After that scene, saranya brings him food. VV gets it as Bharath gives him the plate. Bharath spills it in joy!

The best part of that scene is,

VV: ungala madiri oru appan enakku irundhirundha, thoongumbodhu kalla kondu pottu,mandaiya udaichiruppen :rant:

VV: ponga ellarum :yessir:

A very subtle expression in fraction of second..... Made us :rotfl3:

VV shined well as a character artist as well :clap:

Emtan Magan - Very good entertainer... simple story with good screenplay :clap:

Nalla velai naan ponna porakkala, illainna naanum indha veettula vaakkapattu seerazhinjiruppen!!! :rotfl3:

The irony of it, LM, is that by proxy, he has actually been "vakkapattufied" in that house and seerazhinjufied, if you think about it :lol:
