Actually, I think they still don't know release date....missed the Jan 23 long weekend....so now not sure of when. Without release date, difficult to release trailer. You don't want to release trailer too soon and create a long gap between trailer and release. Will make the movie look dated.

So when KH said trailer will release soon on Dec 30, it might still have been the case that release date was Jan 23. Now since no clear date for release, the Audio date will not be announced and same confusion and guessing game will begin for that (just like trailer).

Best to bite the bullet and announce it will release on Tamil New Year, 2014. Get all the theatres lined up with good promotion leading up to that.

It is true. A few people cliam they have seen the trailer recently.

200 percent false. Kindly be practical. No one has seen the trailer.

In 2-3 days we will know.

I expect trailer to be out on youtube by midnight of 13th and then pongal day all tv channels.

Am little skeptical about the box office collection as far as UV is concerned. Kind of pessimistic approach for UV. If it really good in terms of screen play and casting, it's box office fate would yield great results. So far, I had seen many a times hypes on Kamal movies before releases and the movies were somehow not meeting the expectations the hype set. Watching UV with zero expectations would be better I guess.

On other hand, Dhrishyam is a well written script and been a proven result in terms of script and collections. Same with VR 2 also.

Things made me little skeptical about UV are casting and story (finding a balance in emotional and comedy planes). Let us see.
