BF: 4 idlis with sambar, 1/2 g tea
MM- 1c watermelon juice , 1 g orange juice
Lunch: mushroom biryani, raitha, rice, dhal, vatha kulammbu, curd, 1 vadai, 1/4 c paruppu payasam, pappaya.
Eve: tea, 1/2 slice WW bread
Dinner: 1 bowl tomato-carrot soup, 1 slice ragi bread.

Eve: 1 Apple
Dinner: should be bread or something light with some fruits :D
Thinking of going on a fruit diet next week... how else can I burn the excesses of function meals ...:( :think:
