Like the one where he talks to a statue, totally drunk and wasted, trying to matchmake the horse statue to his own. Then, he'd be invited by the bad guy's henchmen.
After ridiculing the size of the car (too small for someone big like him), he gets in back seat, with both his legs spread over and on the two henchmen's shoulders. Henchmen 1 offers him a cigar.
Rajini: Oh, periya beedi...teepatti ethu unggappana koduppan?
henchmen 2 gives him matchbox.
Rajini: (lights the cigar and over to henchmen 1)ithu unggapanaa?
So there you go, some funny scenes here and there, and lots of unintentional comedies everywhere
Also might be the first time Sujatha playing unfortunate mother of Rajini. Consider the following:
Maaveeran = Traumatic past, separated from hubby and son (Rajini) and loses her own voice.
Kodi Parakkathu = Traumatic past, loses hubby (killed) and separated from son (Rajini) and loses her own sanity.
Uzhaippali = Traumatic past, loses hubby (killed) and separated from son (Rajini) and loses her memory.
Baba: Not-so traumatic past if you consider some yogis coming and telling you that your son is not exactly your own, loses hubby (old age) and soon to be separated from Son, and loses her own life.
Sujatha :notworthy:
Grouch na
I did not like 'Maveeran' that much as well, even though I don’t remember much scenes, except the horse scene... as usual SS saves this pilim :P
