Eg: Say you eat 1,500 in a day, which means you did not consume the rest of the 500 calories, and you burn 500 calories a day doing physical activities (sport/cardio/weights) you have virtually got rid of 1000 calories in a day (now don't jump up and down thinking u got rid of 100 g fat, it does not work like that) The first thing you loose after execrise is water along with salt , water + salt in your bodys is called sweat!... You only start to loose fat say after 16 mins of non stop excersie, cos the first 16 minutes you just lost the water & salt in your body.
Simple thing is
Eat less than 2000 calories a day and burn 500 calories a day by physical activities..this way you can loos upo to 2.5 lbs to 5 ilbs in a month

Yeah hv checked the BMI, and it says slightly over weight, 5 - 6 kgs above which should not be the case for my height :| My height 177 cm :D Weight adutha maasam sollavaa :shhh:...
