Its then possible to project how a movie in 1985 can do 95/05/today etc. considering those factors of inflation/no of theatres/no of shows etc. assuming that %% of fans and movie watchers remain the same.
Lots of projection studies for example in year 2030 are made in several avenues with data from 60's, 70's, 80's and so forth in many areas like global warming/oil consumption etc.
But for purposes of our issues here, its left as an exercise for the reader :)
Everyone in forecasting industry knows that their forecast going to be wrong. But the question is what would be the variance? In general, Long term forecast tend to be difficult due to uncertainty during the time. If you project next five years, this should not be as hard as 30 years projection.Quote:

Yes Cujoo, I have been saying this for a while now. Ajith's fanbase is growing in Malaysia. Aarambam is his best film in terms of collection, to date.

It will be impossible for anyone to touch Endhiran collections as its dubbed version itself has grossed 45c globally. Only Rajini sir can do it. May be all others can target Endhiran Tamil version collections which is 160c in India and 64c overseas.
