no review of thirupath yet? can't wait.. if heroine has lengthy role i'll go see it. sada lux hot in the songs... so i might go anyways.

Perarasu - Next SP Muthuraman?
Everyone expecting for the results of Tirupathi. The reasons may be different.
Reason 1 : Will Ajith able to get a super hit movie after a (very) longtime?
Reason 2 : Will Perarasu do magic this time as hat-trick?
Nothing to discuss about the reason 1. Even Ajith is not speaking about that, Why should I?
Taking Reason #2, I thot of writing about Perarasu when seeing the answer given for my comment by balaji. His thots are correct on Perarasu. But I am seeing him as a next SPMuthuraman(where Vishnu as next maniratnam), who made masala entertainments in 80's with Rajni and Kamal. His movies also contain vulgarity and chauvinism. But people loved to see that. The 80% of movies directed by him are super hit/blockbuster. He directed around 25 movies with Rajini as lead, where 21 were hit. I beleive Perarasu has the same talent in pulling and making viewers to enjoy with racy masala formula.
I am expecting Tirupathi like AVM-SPM-Rajini combo's Murratu Kalai and AVM-SPM-Kamal combo's Sakalakala Vallavan. Only one day is remained to see the results of this movie.
Anyway Ajith has great opening charisma. But the film should have capability able to pull people out of Election fever. But seeing very least number of films for April 14, hope the Tirupathi will do good collections as its name.

Vijay’s friendship with Perarasu rocks
Life is a mystery. Friends turn foes and foes turn friends. Hero Vijay and
director Perarasu are said to be very close friends. They had showered praise
on one another recently but they are showering hatred now. The news is doing
round that Perarasu is not happy with Vijay after turning down his brother
Muthuvadigu’s film ‘Murasu’.
The film is under scanner now. Reliable sources said that Vijay is likely to
drop ‘Murasu’. He had earlier expressed his unhappiness on the script. The
worst thing is that Perarasu is furious with the actor’s attitude towards his
brother and his film, as he has written its story and screenplay.
However, Vijay is doing a film with producer Appachan but with a different
script and different director. He would start the shooting of his next film by
the end of April after choosing a director. On the other hand, Perarasu is
looking forward to ‘Tirupati’ to give him a hat trick.
