Green peas paratha:
Grind together to a rough paste- raw green peas, salt, ginger & green chillies.
heat a tsp oil. add in the paste, lotsa roasted cummin powder, lil garam masala & saute.
Add water & cook covered till raw smell disappears & the mixture is quite dry.
Use this as a stuffing to mmake stuffed peas paratha.
Serve with curd sprinkled with chilly pwd , roasted jeera pwd or chaat masala.
Note: u can add amchur pwd or lemon juice to add to the taste.
Thanks Dev for the green peas paratha.
It would be a nice change from the normal paratha.
I will post the pumpkin soup tomorrow.

blanch spinach and choppe finely.
transfer in serving dish. pour skimmed yoghurt, sprinkle salt, pinch of red chilly powder, 2 pinches of roasted jeera powder, pinch of garam masala powder. garnish with few pomegranate seeds. donot mix and serve. when u eat just mix and have it with rotis. nil oil dish.
1/2 roti with this dish will be filling.
Intersting recipe Selvi...I'll try when i buy spinach next time...
Tried this chaat yesterday & we liked it a lot.
Corn salad/chaat:
Mix together steamed sweet corn kernels, raw onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, coriander leaves(chop these 4 fine), shredded carrots, lemmon juice, everest pani puri masala, pepper powder. Serve.
Note: U can try chaat masala if u don't have pani puri masala.
U'll have enough salt in pani puri masala. so need of extra salt.
Ksen, the corn chat had a taste very similar to the peanut n nuts chaat we had the other day... So u can try the same masala with peanuts, roasted channa. try pannineengana sollunga...;)
Thats a nice recipe Selviem, very simple also.
I wanted to try spinach chutney.
I do not know how it will turn out.
Thanks, Selviem.
Thanks Dev for the corn chat recipe.
Let me get some chat powder first.
Thanks. Kugan98
I love chat, with lots of green chilies :)
K, vaangitu, try pannitu sollunga... I used everest pani puri masala...:)
